(**Bulletin)Arrest made in connection with stolen donation cannister in Jamestown...

A Sinclairville woman has been arrested for allegedly taking a donation cannister from a downtown Jamestown convenience store... a short time after she and her husband tried to steal a large screen TV from a home.  City Police Captain Bob Samuelson says they receive numerous tips from the public... and, their police "network" after a picture of the suspect was circulated.  Officers say 26 year-old Kelsey Raynor was identified as part of an investigation into the attempted theft of the 40-inch flat screen TV.  Police say they apparently got the TV out of a Foote Avenue home... but, wound up leaving it outside the residence after they were "spooked" by a bystander.  Kelsey Raynor is then accused of later entering the Robo Mini-Mart at 817 North Main Street... and, taking the "Cents for St. Susan's" cannister.  She was arrested at her home this morning on charges of second-degree burglary, and larceny.  Her husband, 30 year-old Jacob Raynor was also arrested this morning.  Both are being held pending arraignment.
