The newest Chautauqua Lake organization will discuss it's lawsuit against New York state to have it's new Freshwater Wetland Regulations annuled in court this Saturday. The Chautauqua Lake Property Owners Association will hold it's ninth meeting regarding the regulations, and what they're doing to try and stop them... tomorrow morning in Bemus Point. CLPOA President Jim Wehrfritz says they're at a "critical point" in the effort. He says they'll be the focus of the CLPOA's meeting tomorrow morning... April 26... at the Lawson Center in Bemus Point from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
