Retired U-S Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor was a trailblazer as the first woman justice on the high court.  However... she also had a love for Chautauqua County and the Jamestown-area.  O'Connor often talked of her admiration of late Justice and Jamestown-area native Robert H.
