A city man arrested multiple times in recent weeks for domestic disputes was arrested again after similar incidents this past weekend.  Jamestown police were called to a southside address about 11:30 p.m. Saturday... and, found that 44 year-old Thomas Papaserge had violated an order of protection the victim had against him at that time... and, earlier in the day.  At 6 a.m., officers say they found that Papaserge had put his hands around the victim's neck... choking them.  He's then accused of grabbing the victim by the hair and holding them down when they tried to leave.   Papaserge is then accused of dragging the victim into an apartment, and preventing them from leaving.  Around 11 p.m. Saturday... police found the pair got into another dispute... and, this time Papaserge is accused of raising a pipe wrench towards the victim... and, threatening them with it.  He then punched the victim multiple times before trying to again choke them.  Papaserge was arrested on three counts of first-degree criminal contempt... second-degree menacing... two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing... second-degree harassment and unlawful imprisonment...third-degree assault... and aggravated criminal contempt.

Langworthy non-committal on run for re-election...
Local Congressman Nick Langworthy says he's been so busy with work that he hasn't given much thought to next Fall's election.  The Buffalo-area Republican just finished up a chaotic first year... which featured a pair of Speaker fights... and, a committee investigation into the son of President Joe Biden.  Langworthy says don't expect a flashy announcement once he decides he's going to run again.  He says he is plenty busy with the job most days, and says there's plenty of time yet for a formal announcement.  Langworthy was at the Jamestown Board of Public Utlities late last week to tour the plant... and, push for New York to allow full natural gas exploration and production.  The stop at the BPU was one of several in the 23rd Congressional District he made while on a break that began Thursday morning.  Langworthy was in Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties... and, then was heading off to Corning and the eastern end of the district Friday.  The other variable involved with an announcement is the recent court decision to have the state's Independent Redistricting Commission take another crack at redrawing the state's 26 districts.  The commission has been given until late February to redraw the Congressional maps.

Jamestown man accused of breaking into ex-girlfriend's home last weekend...
